1. Warranty Period
Toendi products come with a 1-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers issues caused by manufacturing defects or malfunctions, excluding damage from misuse or intentional actions. Special attention to this product charging port need to be inserted forcefully.
2. Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, we offer support if your product has:
●Too noise
●Power or charging issues
●Dead on arrival (DOA)
●Failure to operate or power on
●Defects or malfunctions
●Stops functioning after normal use
We will provide one of the following solutions based on your order date and the product condition:
●Replacement of parts/components where applicable.
●Reshipment of the entire product, if necessary.
●Refund in cases where neither a replacement nor repair is feasible.
●Exchange for another product as an alternative solution based on availability and the situation.

To process any after-sales requests, customers are required to provide photos or videos of the product showing the issue, helping us determine the best solution.
